Paradise Beverages Fiji Limited and its newest brand, Fiji Rum Co. have launched a special Fiji International inspired cocktail to be served during the month of October.
The ‘Paradise Eagle’, will be enjoyed by golfers, guests and visitors during the Fiji International tournament week which tees off with the Official Tournament Welcome Dinner at the Intercontinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa on 4 October.
“Last year the ‘Paradise Swing’ cocktail was a huge hit with VIPs at the Fiji International and so it was only natural for us to produce our second Fiji International inspired mixology creation with our award winning rums,” said Rowena Taito of Paradise Beverages.
“The Paradise Eagle is a mixture of Fiji Rum Co’s rare 8yr old white rum coupled with our very popular Coffee rum. This great product recently scooped a Double Gold medal at the elite 2016 San Francisco World Spirits Competition,”
“Our mixologist was inspired by the great coffee aroma of this wonderful rum and the wonderful mocha flavour. Partnering this with the 8yr old white gave the cocktail a robust finish with the freshness from the lime juice,” Added Taito.
“The Paradise Eagle represents a great invigorating cocktail perfect for toasting, hosting and sharing amongst new and familiar acquaintances at the Fiji International.”
The Paradise Eagle will be served at all Fiji International event functions including the Tournament Welcome Dinner on Tuesday 4 October and the Friday Night Cut Party which will be on the Friday 7 October.
Besides the two premier events hosted at the Intercontinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa, the Paradise Eagle will also be available to all VIP and corporate hospitality guests in the Paradise Club, VIP Lounge and 4th Beach Oasis.
The Paradise Eagle will be served for guests from 6-9 October together with other beverage sponsor products inclusive of premium wines from Victoria Wines, Vonu Beer from Paradise Beverages, soft drinks and juices from Coca-Cola and water from Fiji Water.
Corporate hospitality tickets are available for purchase by public. Please email fijiadmin@pga.org.au for more information.
